Project Calendar
When a team gets created in Microsoft Teams, a group calendar is created in the background by default. We integrate this group calendar into the project room and import all tasks that are marked as meetings in the project plan into the group calendar.
Each project member automatically has access to the calendar in Microsoft Outlook and can take over the appointments relevant to him or her in their personal Outlook calendar.
