   We have put together a package for you that, together with our support, offers you the opportunity to establish a PMO in your company in just 6 months.  

We are happy to support you in setting up a Project Management Office (PMO) based on PMO4Teams in your organization. In an iterative process, we work with you over six sprints to introduce an efficient project management office in your company or department. At the end of this process, you will be able to cover the most important operational functions of a PMO. ( Was ist ein PMO?)

The introduction process must of course be based on a clear strategic vision for your future PMO, although this does not have to be worked out in detail at the beginning. Many of these details will only emerge from the knowledge you gain in the meantime at the operational level of a PMO. PMO4Teams is completely agnostic when it comes to the choice of project management methods. 

Our approach is designed in such a way that with every sprint on the way to your PMO, we can offer your project teams and especially your project managers a tangible benefit in the form of a reduction in workload through the use of PMO4Teams. 

In the course of the individual sprints, our documentation creates the basic framework for your project management manual, on the basis of which you can prepare and carry out the training and instruction of your project staff.
