No, PMO4Teams is a Project Management Office solution. PMO4Teams uses the Microsoft Project for the Web application for project planning. However, PMO4Teams extends the functional scope of Project for the Web with functions such as risk and change management and budget calculation.
No, PMO4Teams is a PowerApp solution that requires the use of Microsoft Teams.
First and foremost, you benefit from a noticeable reduction in the workload for your project managers when initiating, planning and managing projects. PMO4Teams automates many previously manual work steps, e.g. when setting up project environments, creating project plans and reporting.
Yes, using PMO4Teams is an effective way of standardizing your project management processes within the company.
No, PMO4Teams can be used with any project management method.
In principle, yes! There are certain restrictions in terms of project size, such as a maximum number of 1,500 tasks per project and a maximum duration of 10 years per project.
The number of projects, on the other hand, is not limited.
Questions for system administrators
At least one Planner Plan 1 license is required for the installation of PMO4Teams. This license is required for the installation of the Microsoft Project Service Core in the Power Platform environment (if no Project license is available) and for the proxy service user that is used as the standard user when executing PSS processes. The proxy service user requires a licence permanently.
In addition, a Power Automate Free license is required to import the Power App into the Dataverse environment.
Other Microsoft licenses, such as additional Planner and PowerBI licenses, depend on the role of the employee.
Administrator rights in Azure and in the Power Platform are required for the installation. These are documented in our installation instructions. For operation, the Dataverse security roles must be permanently assigned to the users who use the PMO4Teams application. This is also described in detail in our manual.
Yes, we can do that! Provided you give us the appropriate access authorizations for the installation, we will be happy to do this for you at a flat rate of 490€ plus VAT.
Installation and commissioning are carried out remotely.
Contractual
We charge a monthly user fee of € 0.99 plus VAT for each user who uses PMO4Teams in your company. However, the minimum number of users is 10. A 10 user license therefore costs €9.90 per month plus VAT.
In addition, we charge a monthly usage fee of €84.00 plus VAT for each project created in PMO4Teams.
The project fee is only payable for as long as the project is active. It therefore applies from the time the project starts until the time the project ends or is terminated.
You can pay for your subscription by credit card or direct debit.
You can cancel your PMO4Teams subscription with a notice period of 4 weeks to the end of the subscription period. The minimum term of a PMO4Teams subscription is 12 months.
You can either send your cancellation informally by email to kündigung@cloud-sharks.com or submit it as a ticket in our ticket system.
In addition to your address and contact details, we only store data that we need to bill your subscription.
So that we can carry out monthly billing correctly, we store your Microsoft TenantID, as well as the number of PMO4Teams users and the number of active projects in PMO4Teams from month to month.
However, we do not store any user or project data.
Your project data is stored exclusively in your own Microsoft tenant.
